Clinical Exercise Classes

We’d recommend our Clinical Exercise classes! These classes are a 2:1 format run by our osteos and physio and are tailored specifically to your needs. Using a combination of mat, reformer and chair Pilates, you’ll be carefully taken through exercises chosen specifically to match your needs and work towards your personal goals. We don’t believe in set programs at CMH, these classes will differ week to week depending on how you’re progressing and how your body is feeling.

Small Group Pilates

We’d recommend our Small Group classes. Our Small Group classes are a group style format with a maximum of four people in the class and are suitable to anyone and everyone! Whether you’re new to Pilates, looking to transition from Clinical Exercise to a supported group environment, feel like you’ve aged out of our Mums and Bubs or Post Natal but want to keep exercising with us, or are just looking for a more boutique Pilates option, these classes are what you’re looking for. With only 4 clients in the class, our instructors are able to provide modifications and progressions so we can meet you where you are at.

Pregnancy, Mums & Bubs or Post Natal

At Collective Motion we support you during your prenatal and postnatal period and have classes specific to each stage. If you’re currently prenatal, our Pregnancy Pilates classes are perfect for you! Due to the extensive training of our instructors as well as the small class size of no more than 4 clients, our Pregnancy classes are suitable for you to attend from your first trimester all the way through to when your bub arrives.

If you are currently postnatal, we have two options for you to attend! Our Mums and Bubs classes allow you to enjoy the benefits of returning to movement without having to find care for your bub, whereas our Post Natal classes are there for when you have the time to come without bub and the chance to focus on just you. Whichever option you pick, know that you will be expertly supported on your recovery journey and return to exercise, while also enjoying socialising and meeting other mums within our CMH community.

Claimable Pregnancy or Mums and Bubs/Post Natal

If you’re currently pre or post natal and looking to claim your group classes through private health, then our Claimable Pilates classes are perfect for you! Taken by our expert team of Physios, we offer both Claimable Pregnancy classes and Claimable Mums & Bubs/Post Natal classes. With all the benefits of our group Pilates classes, these classes have the added benefit of being eligible for rebates through most private health insurers.
