At Collective Motion our Small Group Pilates classes are all about movement, working to improve your flexibility, strength and movement patterns challenging both your mind and your body.
Using core awareness, control, strength and coordination, our classes are centred around deep muscle strengthening to build strong and stable bodies.
Our Small Group Pilates have a maximum of four clients per class
Small class sizes allows our instructors to closely monitor and provide modifications for our clients so you are always practising to get optimal results
Our instructors are able to alter exercises to suit beginner, intermediate and advanced clients by providing regressions or progressions
The changeable spring tensions of our Reformer Pilates beds allow for varying levels of intensity and provide the ability to be able to target both smaller and larger muscle groups
The low impact, controlled nature of Reformer Pilates, allows our clients to focus on body awareness and correct alignment which minimises placing unnecessary stress on your muscles and joints

We want all our clients to practice our Small Group Pilates classes pain-free. If you are experiencing any issues throughout our classes or are after tailored injury rehabilitation, please speak to us to see if Clinical Exercise would be more suited to you.

Of course! Our classes only have a maximum of four per class, allowing our instructors to give you the guidance and help you need as a beginner.

Our classes run for 45 minutes, providing enough time for a full workout and some stretching at the end.
