Our classes are taken by Osteopaths who use both their existing clinical reasoning combined with complete Pilates training to create personalised sessions.
With a maximum of two clients per class, we are able to continually provide hands-on correction to ensure optimal technique at all times.
All our clinical exercise clients are required to have a one on one assessment prior to joining classes.
