Jessica Abrahams

Osteopath and Clinical Pilates Instructor

Jess’ passion for helping people was the reason she found Osteopathy. She now combines her knowledge and experience as both an Osteopath and Pilates instructor to empower and educate her clients to take charge of their health.

Jess’ passion for helping clients drives her to continually expand her skill set and encouraged her to further her knowledge through courses such as Dry Needling and pre and postnatal care. Jess enjoys being a part of her client’s pregnancy journey and works with them to manage the changes and challenges that can present.

Jess developed her treatment style around the philosophy of treating the whole body, striving to find the cause of the issue rather than treating symptoms. During years of dancing and gymnastics, she found herself with a wrist injury that wouldn’t resolve. After it was discovered that her pain was coming from a shoulder dysfunction, Jess’s interest in the biomechanics and function of the human body grew and moulded the Osteopathic approach she uses today.

Since she was a child, Jess has been a keen snowboarder and spends a lot of her time in winter at her favourite place, Mt Buller. You’ll find Jess’ sausage dog Gavin soaking up the sun at Collective Motion, he loves pats and greeting our clients at reception.
