Osteopath

Anastasiya Ovechkin (Osteopath) graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Science (Osteopathy) and a Masters of Health Science (Osteopathy). Anastasiya has also completed additional courses in Level 1 & 2 Dry Needling and Cupping, Obstetrics/Paediatrics and Cranial Osteopathy.

Anastasiya enjoys treating a wide and varied range of complaints, with a keen interest in treating endometriosis, migraines and headaches, pregnancy and postpartum related problems. Anastasiya uses both a direct and indirect approach to treatment, along with Cranial Osteopathy techniques. In addition to Anastasiya’s hands-on treatment, she provides education, advice and exercise rehabilitation. Anastasiya's passion for Osteopathy stems from personal experience with chronic pain, migraines and endometriosis - along with the never ending sports injuries she's accumulated over the years!

Anastasiya has also done extra study into caring for clients recovering from breast cancer and associated surgeries.

Outside of work, you’ll find Anastasiya cooking up a storm – always experimenting and trying new recipes, and spending time curled up with a new book and hot tea, or working on her newest painting project. Anastasiya has always been highly active growing up – participating in competitive ballet and swimming, currently Anastasiya enjoys a wide variety of physical activity in particular martial arts, ballroom and working out at the gym.

Anastasiya speaks both English and Russian.

Anastasiya currently treats clients on a Friday afternoon and evening at Collective Motion.
